FixTheVuln ("we", "us", "our") operates fixthevuln.com and the FixTheVuln Store. These terms cover purchases from the store. How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Purchases and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars on each product page. Checkout and payment are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Digital delivery
Study planners are PDF files. After payment you get download links on the confirmation page and by email. Download links expire in 24 hours, so save your files after downloading. If a link has expired or a download fails, email [email protected].
Refunds
Because these are digital products delivered instantly, we generally don't offer refunds. If you're unsatisfied with a purchase, email [email protected] and we'll make it right.
Patch Tuesday subscription
The Patch Tuesday Sprint Kit subscription is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown on the kit page. You can cancel anytime.
Educational use
Planners and guides are study aids. They don't guarantee an exam result. Exam details such as fees, passing scores, and objectives change, so confirm them with the certification body before you book.
Trademarks
Certification names (for example CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CISSP, ISACA CISM, and PECB ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer) are trademarks of their owners. FixTheVuln is not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification body.
